General Terms and Conditions - Studio Maeve

1. Introduction

Below you will find our General Terms and Conditions. These apply when you use the services of Studio Maeve or place an order via our website. The General Terms and Conditions contain important information for you as a buyer. We recommend that you read these conditions carefully.

2. Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Studio Maeve, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If a customer includes conditions in his order, confirmation or notification that deviate from, or do not appear in, the General Terms and Conditions, these will only be binding on Studio Maeve if they have been expressly accepted in writing.

In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, those conditions shall also apply. In the event of conflicting conditions, the customer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favourable to him.

4. Definitions

  • Webshop Studiomaeve: located in the Netherlands, operating under the name StudioMaeve.
  • Website : the website of Studio Maeve, accessible via [Your Website] and all associated subdomains.
  • Customer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the webshop Studio Maeve and/or has registered on the website.
  • Agreement : any arrangement or agreement between the webshop Studio Maeve and the customer, of which the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.
  • General Terms and Conditions : these General Terms and Conditions.

5. Prices and information

All prices listed on the website and other media originating from Studio Maeve are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs. Prices may change if additional government levies are imposed.

The content of the website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, Studio Maeve cannot guarantee that all information on the website and other media originating from Studio Maeve is correct. All information is subject to programming and typographical errors.

All offers from StudioMaeve are without obligation and can be changed at any time. We are not bound to the offers mentioned if there are printing, setting or programming errors on the website, newsletter or other media. Studio Maeve reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered by PostNL.

Delivery time within the Netherlands is 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Studio Maeve will make every effort to deliver the order within the stated delivery time, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors. If the delivery time is not feasible, we will inform the customer of this in a timely manner.

7. Right of withdrawal / Returns

This only applies to customers who are natural persons and who are not acting in the exercise of their profession or business.

The customer has the right to cancel the distance contract with the webshop, website or other (social) media channel of Studio Maeve, within 7 days after receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

The term commences on the day after the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, has received the product.

The return costs must be borne by the customer. The shipping costs incurred by the customer when purchasing the product are not included in the return costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The customer can cancel the agreement by sending an email to info@studiomaeve.store with his name, order number and the reason for return. If the return request is approved, the customer will receive the return address via e-mail. The customer must check the delivered product upon receipt for any defects and report defects in writing to Studio Maeve within 7 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on custom orders or used items.

8. Payment

The customer must make payments to webshop StudioMaeve according to the payment methods indicated in the ordering process and possibly on the website. The payment methods are:

  • iDEAL
  • PayPal
  • Credit card

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered.

9. Complaints

Complaints about the products or services delivered can be submitted by e-mail to info@studiomaeve.store . Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Studio Maeve within a reasonable period after the consumer has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described.

10. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 11/01/2024 and apply to all orders placed from that date onwards. Studio Maeve reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions.
